As my title states, change has indeed arrived! MyQuirkyFriend now has a new look. (How do you like it??? Lol!)
As much as I’d like to take complete credit for the change on my website, I cannot. You see, my website “theme” updated a week or so back. And along with that update came quite a few changes. I was slowly working my way through them. Slowly.
Then I realized it might just be a bit easier to just jump ship and head to another theme altogether. But, I really didn’t want to go to the trouble to find another theme, then set it up. You know, my procrastination side was kicking in. Lol!

Unfortunately, things finally hit a head, so to speak. I put it off long enough. The old theme just had too many changes for my satisfaction. So, I did it. I jumped ships. Therefore, instead of writing my planned blog post this week, I have been changing things and tweaking my website to get this new theme up and presentable.
Some of the positives of the change is the secondary menu. My traditional menu is at the top of the page. Then, below my page name is this second menu. Here you will find varying topics I’ve covered on my blog. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while, but the old theme simply would not do it in a way that I liked.

With that finally settled I can spend some time changing some other things around. The plan is to create a friendlier, crisper site for all of you guys. So, surf through MyQuirkyFriend and catch up on my varying pages and posts.
After you’ve had your “fill”, come back and let me know what you think about this new site setup. Yep, tell me everything! I want to know the good, the bad, and the ugly. That way I can make any changes needed while I’m still in my “set up mode”. (Or, any time in the future, depending on when you’re reading this. Lol) Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
